Yes
I'm going through some pictures from last year and came across this one I was going to bin but not so sure now.

For me it lacks something but can't put my finger on it.

Nowt wrong with that, btw I took a very similar shot from about the same place.... you didn't find a canon eye piece there did you?

Just for you Jewel I wont bin it;)

Gary yes I did.....stuck it on Ebay:D .........only joking.

How did you lose an eye piece? Was it a spare or something.

maybe a wider angle? Still a nice pic TBH

Definately don't bin that shot.
It'd definately be a keeper for me, for sure :)

Shoving camera into already stuffed bag, must have caught the edge of bag and slid it off,

I wouldn't bin it. It looks very tranquil and peaceful. Great colours in there too :)

The ripples in the water look beautiful....defo not one for the bin.

Appreciate the comments thanks:)

Personally now I think it maybe lacks a focal point and the foreground to the left adds nothing to the picture.

very nice shot, deffo dont throw it. :)

Yeah, thats what I thought initially P-E, if that foreground traveled right across and ended on the right hand corner instead, that would make it work I think.

I can see why you might not like this shot, but it’s not a binner, at least not If it where mine. :)

Not a binner P-E ... a cracker for sure.

If one was to be critical it might suffer a more interesting sky and, if you had gotten up earlier the water may have been more mirror like ... just my minor observations in a shot that doesn't really need criticism m8 !

Oh ... and I would frame it ... !

Some foreground interest would have made all the difference, but the autumn colours are beautiful, as are the ripples on the water. I'd keep it if it were mine. They don't all have to be exhibition shots to be keepers. :)

nice shot PE, looks autuminal, was it??

Ha ... no ripples on you then ! :p

'twas tongue in cheek ! :cautious:

Why'd you choose to post the rippled over the non ... just out of interest ? ;)

BTB ... it is also a corker m8 - in fact I prefer it !

I was just doing some editing Vent when I came across the first one and sat and looked at it.........changed my mind on it several times........so thought I would edit and post on here for opinions.

Think I will save it now(y)
