Lake District, Coniston

Some shots from a week in Coniston. As usual I'm never too sure about my processing, if I've overdone it with contrast/saturation etc. Most were taken in pretty hard light too which isn't always ideal but does make for some nice dark skies and bright foregrounds.

I'm also looking at getting a graduated filter kit for my fuji x100 (possibly Lee filters) if there's any advice that would be wonderful.

The first is great - very nice.

3, 4 and 5 are all over-vibrant.

Re using graduated filters, my opinion is don't do it unless your camera sensor cannot manage the dynamic range in the scene. Graduated filters spoil images where there are rocks, building etc sticking up into the area covered by the filter, causing them to darken un-naturally. Use correction in post to compensate for the bright sky instead.
