Laptop advice please

Anything will do for editing, providing it has enough memory to run the program you wish to use. The question is how long it will take to carry out a particular operation. Lenovo have a good reputation and the spec is fair for the money. Compare the memory and speed requirements of the software you wish to use with those of the Lenovo to see how well the two match up.
 
If you want to edit images then make sure it has an IPS screen (can't tell from that site). Otherwise spec looks fine. Check out laptops on HUKD.COM as good deals sometimes come up there.
