Laptop Batteries

Probably best not to risk it, there are plenty on eBay at the same price or there's one for £35 on Amazon.

cheers Steep :)

yeah, am a little dubious about buying 'grey' ones on ebay... have been lucky with the odd camera battery, but rely more on my laptop i think! but an official battery price is just stupid, might as well buy a new laptop!

i just got this reply from 7dayshop... hardly a reassuring answer!!

"It should be fine, if you have any problems, let us know and we will accept it back from you, regards"

it should be fine ... :cuckoo:

I wouldn't touch it, you have to get the correct voltage. If it's too high you'll probably fry the voltage regulator or worse. Too low and you won't get enough power and could end up with data loss as hardware components suddenly stop working.

The capacity won't harm your laptop and if anything it's better to get as high a capacity as possible as it will last longer.
