Pity it was to cluttered with the reeds but thats what we had to work with.

Andy was the lapwing the poor little injured one, as he isnt standing as upright, he could fly OK but had a bad leg, the moorhen seems a bit to over exposed, hope you dont mind me saying as I know you were experimenting

Yeah i think the Lapwing was the injured one as i tried to get some of him flying aswell

... nice captures... ... the youngster is a juvenile Moorhen...

Your ID'S would make more sense as there were plenty of Adult coots and moorhens around(y)
