I'm thinking of heading to Amsterdam at some point and want to know the laws regarding street photography in Holland. I did a quick Google and couldn't really find anything concrete. Do they have similar laws to here in the UK?

Hi Chris, The Dutch laws etc are very much the same as UK with regards to street photography. Railway stations are a no go area without permission. And the red light district although not illegal, for your own safety it is not recommended. It is not even advisable to have a camera around your neck or on display when in that area.
Hi, As I said It's not illegal but I personally wouldn't recommend photography in that area, and certainly not of the girls etc at any time. There are lots of signs saying no photography.
Here's another link on similar lines to what I'm suggesting. The choice of course is always your own.
