From a couple of evenings ago......Been a strange couple of days and nights here with hazy skies. I thought it might make taking pics of the sun a little easier being hazy, so thought i'd get off early and try it. I managed to get to the spot I wanted just in time to say goodnight to the sun :shrug:. So rather than come away with nothing:crying:
Both shot after sunset.

very dreamy! (y)
was gonna say ethereal but I can't spell it

Very relaxing shots, I prefer the second one for the composition, but I like the little 'thing' (building?) on the horizon in the first as it gives something to catch your eye.

id be tempted to up the sats and contrast a little. not bad otherwise

Now THAT is how you make use of available colour!

Great studies and prefer the first for the 'interest' article (y)

Thanks guys....

Thanks mate and don't worry I can't spell it either.

Thanks, I like the little thing on the horizon too and the way the wispy cloud seems to lead you to it.

Really calming. Like #1 especially.
Thanks!

I tried that mate and didn't like it....I'll sort it out and post once I can. These are pretty much straight out of the camera with only a little levels tweak ish.

Thanks mate.

Cheers for all the comments.
Ken.

#1 for me too, I think it needs that little bit of extra interest.

Thanks once again for the further comments, much appreciated.
Ken.
