What's the easiest way to lay down multiple images in photoshop? I am looking to get 6 up on an A4 piece of photopaper, but I'm not sure how to do it (or if it's possible without a CAD layout).

Help please!! :D

Maybe not what you want but you can do basic printing in XP.

Select all the pics in Explorer and right click->Print. You can only select certain defaults but it's a quick and easy to get multiple pics on one sheet.

Not difficult .

Make a new page A4 in size @ 300dpi

Now open each of you images in turn and resize them to the print size you want, again @ 300dpi.

Now drag each one onto the new layout. PS will now automatically make a layer to place this image on.

Repeat for the other 5

If you need to move them around select the layer they are on and then move the image.

Print.

If you have to do this a lot maybe an application such a Q-Image may be a better solution.

30 day trial available believe

Or you could go File->Automate->Contact Sheet which gives you exactly what you want laid out automatically.
