"Wonky" is technical photographic term meaning that your horizon isn't level. That's easily fixed in almost any image editor. The tonal range (the distance between lightest and darkest) is a bit low, and it looks a bit dim, i.e., a little underexposed. Again, easily fixed in almost any image editor.
Hi, I don't know whether you will think it an improvement, but as you allow editing of your shots, I have straightened the far horizon, increased the exposure, brought up the shadows and slightly increased the saturation and cropped to the thirds, all as suggested by the others.
All done in basic Windows Live Photo Gallery in a couple of minutes.
