Lee Big Stopper

I'm after one of these rare-as-rocking-horse-dung beauties. Has anyone ordered one recently, and if so, where from and how long did you have to wait? I'm getting all sorts of different lead-times quoted. :thumbsdown:

Just picked up a second hand deluxe kit and advanced filter set - hard nd grads (0.3, 0.6, 0.9), circular polariser, 0.6 nd, 81b warming and nd/81b combo grad. I know the warming filters are pretty much useless on a digital camera, but I got a good deal on the batch.

Best bet for the RF-75 would probably be Robert White. I've still got my RF-75 Lee kit that I used on the M9, but never used the big stopper with it.

Sounds like you don't use it any more - got any 39mm or 52mm adapter rings?

RF-75 size? I can't see RF-75 kit on their site, but I'll give them a call. Cheers.

Last one I got from them was 4 days delivery. Contact them for lead time. You might be surprised.

Edit. I see you are looking for the version to fit the RF-75. It's not available for sale yet. It is going to be the end of the month before they are shipped to the usual dealers.

I tried several of the online retailers but lead times were pretty silly..I bit the bullet and paid over the odds on Ebay, saves me missing 3 months worth of photograph opportunities

Gotcha, I hadn't realised it was so new. I've placed an order with Robert White, I suppose I'll just have to be patient. I'd probably try Hitech if they did a 75mm version! Damn proprietary sizes....

Rather than start a new thread I thought I'd ask here. Got my eye on a 10-20 siggy atm and want to get a big stopper for it, so just need to ask what size filter and holder would I need?

77mm wide angle adapter ( assuming its the older f4.5, not the newer f3.5 10-20 you're looking at ) and the big stopper is 100mm
