Lee Filter 105mm Front Ring

Are these the same item TeamWorks & WEX as WEX is almost twice the price yet all other LEE items are within a few pence of each other. Trying to understand whether I'm missing something before I make a purchase.

The second one looks like an adaptor to fit a lens with a 105mm filter thread.

The first is what you would attach to the front of a Lee filter folder to accommodate a 105mm polariser.

Thanks for the confirmation, its the latter I am after although I do need to buy some adapters for 62 & 67mm so I can attach the holder to the lens - buying bits at a time!
