Think of adding one of these to go with my lee collection but would I get just as good result useing my hoya pro1 circular polarizer and the filters as to useing the lee polarizer any input helpful

The quality of the Lee CPL won't be noticeably better in any conditions, and may in some instances be worse - it doesn't have any coatings, whereas I think the Pro1 is fully multicoated.

Bear in mind CPLs are an absolute pain to use behind a filter system, so a lot of people will pay the premium for the convenience. If you're talking about the square Lee slot-in CPL (the circular/linear bit refers to the type of polarisation, not the shape), you'll only have 90° adjustability. For full adjustability, you'll need Lee's 105mm adapter - after you've got that, you can use any 105mm thread CPL on the front of your Lee kit, including multicoated ones from other manufacturers.
