Anyone read any of Lee Frost's books? I was looking at buying his landscape and panoramic books but when on Amazon one of the reviews says they are not suitable for Digital shooters, is this true? The basic principles are still the same with film and digital, I mean things like light, composition etc!

Any opinons or thoughts?

I've got 'Photos That Sell' and his guide to filters. PTS is a good book but it was written in 2001 and there are many refences to pre digital photography. However, the concepts of the book remain the same whatever kind of camera you use. His books are good IMO.

My all time favourite remains Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson. This is the photographer's bible for me.

Agreed with the Understanding Exposure book, i learnt more from that than everything else combined. I also bought PTS a year or two ago abd was surprised at the amount of pre-digital references in it.....hadn't realised it was written in 2001!
