None of my images seem to be pin sharp and not sure what i'm doing wrong

Are you shooting in raw? Do you run your images through some kind of sharpening process? What lens are you shooting with? Try dropping the aperture down a few stops if you're shooting wide open.

Oh and I think you've got some good images there! 2 and 7 I like particularly.

Yea I use Raw and use elements at the minute for editing, I've got CS3, but i'm trying to teach myself elements properly first before i move up! I'm pretty much just using auto sharperning just before i save the image, using my 70 - 300 on Aperture priority with Apeture of about f/5.6, ISO 100/200 on some. I'm starting to wonder if it's that lens
