Leica and Sigma Lens Mount Identification Help?

Just a quick one (hopefully), guys.

Can somebody please let me know what model this leica is:

And also what mount this sigma lens is:

The leica is a 111 of some type.. not sure which, I've never seen that cross cut milling on a raised shutter button before, its usually straight cut, nor have I seen such an all encompassing lens cover, they're usually shorter leaving the end of the objective protruding.

Hard to tell from just a photo but the Sigma looks a lot like a Nikon HSM mount - here's a view of mine from the same angle as the one above.
