I had one a while ago and absolutely loved it. Out of camera jpegs were stunning.
Bear in mind that it is an old camera and that higher ISO performance will not match the newer models around. That said it is great to use and the lens is fabulous. Be careful though as I think there were some issues with sensors packing up.
I think they still go for very good money as they are relatively rare so you need to be sure it is what you want before splashing out. For not a great deal more you could possibly pick up a Panasonic GF-1 which is similar in terms of handling and a much "better" camera in terms of image quality. I have one of these now and it is the nearest I have come to the Digilux.
If I had the cash to spare, believe it or not, I would actually consider buying another Digilux!!!!!
