If the rumours are to be believed Leica will shortly be announcing an M series body that does B&W only and provides really high-res images as a consequence. Being a Leica it's price will likely still be out of reach for most of us. But if it wasn't would you be interested in a colourless camera?

If the rumours are to be believed Leica will shortly be announcing an M series body that does B&W only and provides really high-res images as a consequence. Being a Leica it's price will likely still be out of reach for most of us. But if it wasn't would you be interested in a colourless camera?

Rumour not quite accurate. In fact the camera will not output in conventional fashion. Rather it will emboss a roll of acetate with a toner similar to photocopier so that you can tear off a ready made negative image. This can then be printed in conventional fashion.
