I just under two weeks I’ll be attending Glastonbury and I’d like to add one more lens to my arsenal.
At the moment I have a D5100 with the 18-55 kit and the 50 1.8

I wont be taking too many shots of the performers, mainly of people in the crowd, landscapes and other interesting things. So I don’t think I’m looking for anything at the telephoto end.
My plan was to take two lenses and rotate which one I use each day – the 50 is great and it will be one of the ones I’ll take but I think it will be too long for some of the shots that I want to take.
The kit lens isn’t so good when it’s starting to get dark, so I’d rather buy something that can perform better.

So TP what advice do you have for me? Maybe something shorter than 35mm and ok-ish in low light.
And my budget, at a stretch £500

Prime lens I'd consider is the Nikon 28mm f1.8 (tad expensive but lovely lens) - zoom I'd consider Tokina 11-16 f2.8 or 12-24 F4 (and the Nikon 12-24 F4 too). Another option wuld be a fisheye - defo give a different perspective on things ;)
