lens caps suggestions?

I have an issue... I keep putting the lens caps on wrong and they pop off in the bag (it's cause my hands are knackered, so I'm not always putting them on right, and then being unaware that they're not on properly). I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I could do? I'm at a loss and I really don't fancy scratching lenses or even filters TBH

Some of the aftermarket ones have wee cords on them to keep them attached to the lens, so if they do fall of they just dangle at an angle

Have you tried getting those pinch type caps where the pinch part is in the middle? You can get them on ebay, I believe Nikon lenses have them anyway but you can get plain ones cheaply.

They're the ones I'm using Janice. Both the sony lens and the sigma lenses came with those caps. You can squeeze the middle or the outside, which is cool, but I kinda struggle with them.
