Nom but I made one years ago simply by gluing 2 rear lens caps together using epoxy resin. I did not have the strap thingy though.
I made mine back in the day when I when I was using film and lots of prime lens.

I have the lowpro 400 flip side backpack. Works well. What anoys me is repalcing/removing the caps.
