Lens cleaning

Hi there,

I'm the paranoid type when it comes to lenses. So much so that I've never cleaned the lens elements on those that i own. however, some dust and dirt has managed to find its way past my uv filters. Which lens solutions would you recommend for cleaning these off? also, my filters have somehow gotten oil and grime on them as well. i wouldnt simply try any cheap ebay cleaning liquid as they could contain "unfriendly chemicals" so i tot i'd ask ahead.

What I've found absolutely brilliant recently, for the front element, believe it or not is Jessops lens tissues!

I've had them for years as part of a lens cleaning kit but never bothered with them as I thought they'd be rubbish. The other day I needed a quick but delicate wipe of the lcd and front element of my 70-200 and only had those in my bag (I switch between 2 bags depending what I'm shooting) and they cleaned both up an absolute treat with no smearing at all.

Very surprised how good they were!
