Hi guys
I need some advice, I've got a Nikon 18-70, Tamron 70-300, Nikon 105 & a Nikon 50mm.

I've also got a Nikon 18-200mm

The dilemma is should I sell the 18-200 & upgrade my body. I've still got the range if I sell but need some thoughts.

Well the D3100 is no slouch? Unless you're running into its limits with high ISO, ability to crop or fps I think you should keep the money in lenses.

How to spend the money from possibly selling - can't tell without knowing what kind of photos you are struggling with or concentrated on.
