Hi I'm a beginner and looking for a lens for landscapes and astro. I am using a Sony a6000 and currently have the kit lenses.
Which would be better for the above:
Samyang f 2.0 nice vs or sigma 10-20 f3.5 ex dc hsm?
I know the samyang is better aperture size but sigma for variance in mm. Not sure what the letters mean after the f number though :)
Any advice welcome.
 
The Samyang, the Sigma is too slow for most astro , especially the milky way or for meteorites and the like.
 
Thanks. Have just seen a sigma 16mm 1.4, now not sure as lower f no. , but not as wide :-(
