£25 is worth it imo, especially if you got there early for some of the markets setting up then move into the centre for some early morning action. If you time it so it's getting dark earlier you would catch some of the amazing lights there too. Although the 18-55 may be better for that.

Yeah went on the nikon website and filled in the form.
And yeah tbh it's not bad but bit crap going there on your own, well I find it is with all the travelling etc so if the other half comes that's another £25 I have to pay haha so that's £50 before the days even started!!

I do need to get up there again ASAP, as the last time i went up there i still didn't want to bother people etc and as i got to china town i knew i was going home soon so i didnt really care and had wished i had been like that from the start so next time i'm hoping i just don't care! haha

You'll have to get pretty close with the 35
Indeed im hoping it will make me get closer haha need to get the confidence up because i want to take alot of street shots when i go to America in August!

When you're a tourist you can get away with it more.
It's just rubbish that's there no where really close because I want to get out more on the street. Well there is and would probably make good photos but may not have a camera at the end of the day LOL

Lol. If i go local i feel a right numpty but as soon as i get into a city i'm totally fine. Weird.
I know lol just wish I could get out more only really get out on Saturdays and do abit of photography with my mate and his not into street
