Managed to get hold of a S/H Tamron 17-35mm for my D700 but there is no lens hood.

Does anyone know where I could get hold of one? The only ones I could find are ones that screw in via the lens thread which I'm not very keen on.

Must admit that I never used the lens hood with mine as I found it didn't really need it - it also wouldn't fit into my camera bag when attached... :bonk:
 
Warehouse express sell nikon hoods, not sure about other makes, most if not all on ebay are not genuine ones.
 
Cheers guys, the ebay ones either screw via the lens thread or use a clamp mechanism.

I'll try it without the hood and see how it goes, if I really need one then I'll get one of ebay.
