Yes
... not that i had many , i had precisely 2 , a 70-300 IS USM and a 17-85 IS USM , nothing wrong with either of them , both perfectly good usable lenses which are now sold to fellow members on here , i had the idea that for a while at least i would go longish and pick up a used 70-200 L for the better quality from the classifieds on here and see how i got on with it on the basis that there is little to be lost money wise buying secondhand , so , i have the money in my pocket and a complete lack of lenses to buy , someone is laughing at me :bang: :bang: :bang:

Can't really go wrong with any of the 70-200L's.

If money was not a problem and for what I shoot the new mark II IS would be in my bag.

Ahh but its such a good lens very few people part with them once they've got them.

seems to be the case , what i need is somone upgrading from an L to a IS L , i can spend the money on a new 70-200 F4 L , just thought i would try the secondhand route first ......
