Try these lot - http://www.wildlifewatchingsupplies.co.uk/retail/acatalog/Neoprene_lens_cover_sets.html although they don't have your lens listed I am sure they could make one for you. I used to use Lenscoats but switched to the WWS covers as they use a thicker neoprene and seem to offer more protection.
