Lens/tubes combo help!

Okay folks...going to have a go at close-up photography with a Raynox DCR-250 due delivery in a couple of days.
I've been looking through all the threads on TP for tips about the Raynox and macro and I'll be itching to get some good shots of those bugs asap!...but there's still quite a bit to take in and learn.

Now, I know that a lot of it is trial and error, but I'm looking for a quick tip on which set up to try first for when it arrives.

I've a Canon 450D and the following lenses
1/ SIGMA 24-70mm f2.8 EX DG
2/ CANON 85mm f1.8 EF*
3/ Canon 18-55mm*
4/ SIGMA 55-200mm f4-5.6 DC
also have some cheap extension rings (3), a +10 close-up lens* and tripod, off camera flash triggers.

Which of the lenses would be best used with the raynox?
Which of the lenses work best with the tubes and in which combo, if any?
Can the raynox be used with extension tubes and which combo?

Trying the different lenses x tube combo's takes a lot of time and set-up, and I'm probably doing it wrong, but any quick tips off TP members about their set-ups, will hopefully save a lot of time and effort.

Thanks, as ever, for all advice!
