Lenses Practice to Nikon D3200

Hi all

im old school have a 2 x BCA and many lenses love shooting in 35mm just picked up a Nikon D3200 and is there any way to convert the lenses to fit the Nikon ? i know they will be manual but seems a waste if i can use them
