These little things drove me mad but I'm pleased with the results. Havent had much feedback about them so any CC would be very much appreciated.

Second one is the best of the pair, the lighting really shows the texture of the lentil and whatever the material they are laying on, is the dof natural? nice if it is,.

No 2 works best for me, the angle they are taken at is more pleasing to my eye.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. This was for a still life project at college and its funny I always thought No.2 was the best one I'd done but my tutor insisted for me to try something like No.1 and thats the one I had to end up submitting :shrug:

Thanks Haggis. I dont know what you mean by the natural DOF? This was how I shot it, if thats what you mean? Im not a big macro pro!
