Very nice shots, I also like the first.
 
IMO the angle is too strong on the first. I prefer the second.

I know we aren't supposed to comment on the models but I feel its relevant for the photos. I think they could have dressed the first model in something better, more model like, it would have done wonders for the photos.
 
Like the first one Ray but maybe i'd straighten it up a tad.

Looks ok Ray (if I put my shades on) :D. Seriously - she looks a tad too orange/warm for me.
