Hello,

Recently I started to do more and more Black and White photos and I like the "soul" that Black and white could bring to the eye.

I think that it is a good idea here everyone to be able to share what he create, the moments that we are able to capture in Black and White.
Everyone has a different point of view and thats the charm, to show how we see the world, through our eyes.

I will start with a few.

Feel free to add, comment, advice and give some feedback.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Kalin

Very interesting processing more monotone they have a quality somewhere between black and white and sepia, to be honest that last one isn't working for me the processing feels far too over cooked for my taste..

In the spirit of the thread I shall dig out a couple of my own

My all time favourite B&W and certainly in my current top 10 of my favourite of my own work

Looks like fun, thought I'd join in, but to be honest a B&W conversion normally happens for me when I make a mistake! Maybe I should start thinking planning some, as the right shot it certainly gives more impact, as some of the images here on this thread show.

Wow, some seriously good b&w in this thread. A seriously good idea in my opinion. I love b&w it just seems to have more 'soul' than colour shots.....anyway a few from me.

These two are just beautiful. Especially the one with the woman.

Thanks very much. The young lady was just a grab shot really, she appeared out of the crowd looking lost and a little scared and then disappeared a split second after I took the shot. Iam constantly impressed by the ability of such a simple (and old) camera to nail the focus.
