Lexar Platinum II SDHC

Does your manual list any speed rating of card ?

What card have you been using and have you had any issues with it ?

I can't open the link as it's asking for a Canadian Postcode, but the Sandisk Class 6 are rated at 20mbs

I would have thought this would be fast enough, but if you're not sure / confident, the class 10 (30mbs) was only another £5

I don't understand why it is apparently 20MB/s but a Class 6 card. Class 6 means capable of 6MB/s read and write. Smells like they're cooking the numbers to me.
 
Andyred - i havent bought that camera yet but im going to soon... Im trying to buy the memory card first because we have week long holiday sales here and it's 60% off. So that's why im trying to figure out beforehand if it'll work well or not.

No class 6 doesn't mean 6mbs, it's the speed rating system the manufacturers use, you can find slightly different speeds quoted from different manufacturers.

Ah, okay then, I'd get a class 6, I don't think you'll have any issues with it.

If you're unsure and there is only a few $ in it, then I'd get the class 10 for peace of mind.
