Hi all,

A few of us headed out to a nearby canal tonight, which has some stunning bridges, we decided to take some wirewool! This is my first attempt at shooting wirewool, and to be honest, my first attempt at long exposure, night photography.

First of all, some test shots with just light painting the bridge, trees, paths etc.

Then, out came the wirewool!

A different angle of spinning!

Then we decided to go on top of the bridge, on the other side!

I had so much fun doing these, and can't wait to do this again!

All comments and critique welcome, as always!

Thanks,

Matt

Try lowering the exposure a bit so the bright parts don't burn out.

Just been back down there, tried a sunset shot, but to be honest, the clouds really let me down today... Decided to stay on a bit and try some more light painting! I've really fallen in love with light painting!

I think I will keep this thread going, let's see if I improve?

All C+C Welcome!

You need to watch out Matt, trust me when I say light painting can become a real addition :coat: I'm have to attend regular LPA* meetings to deal with my addition  some really nice work in this thread (y)
