Light tent options

Alright all?

I'm looking for a light tent for shooting anything from tiny jewelry up to laptop sized objects, budget under £50.

I'm considering this:

Or a random ebay jobby.

I don't mind paying the extra over an ebay effort for the added quality and longevity.

Any opinions? Are the ebay light tents decent, or is it worth going for sometihng better?

It's not? Would you mind making some suggestions? The shots will be mainly of my partner's work for gallery shots, competitions and web sales.

Does any know how does the lencarta light tent package fair against the cheaper ebay ones? I note that with lencarta you get velvet like, non reflective backgrounds as compared to the creasy plasticy ones you get with ebay tents.

I'm not sure what the better option would be, but I imagine a lot of those light cubes/tents sstart out life in a Chinese factory and you may as well pay as little as possible for a generic tent - e.g. this one for £17 from eBay.

I bought one just like that from eBay a couple of years ago. I've not used it much at all, simply because I seldom shoot things that need a light box, but it does the job it is supposed to.

I have just got 1 of these from Maplins and it's very good only downside just 2 backgrounds.http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=38260 Not bad for £9.99
