I like that mate, has a nice, filmlike quality to it. Maybe a square format crop may look nice, feel everything's maybe a bit central at the moment.

I kind of like it if you take the whole sky out! It became more graphic and abstract.
As it is I think there something missing. The trail are nice and interesting but both the dark landscape and the grey sky are lacking something to be a bit more lively.
