Using Photoshop 7 Rectangular marqee set to 33% .Copy and paste sections of pic To create layers(Re select background after each copy and paste),Add drop shadow to each layer,also rotate and move the layers.Change Brightness/contrast on some.Fill background layer with white and that's about it.
