Looks nice so far
 
Slideshow looks to be better, Books can be saved as PDF or they have hooked up with BLURB for online printing, you can search a world map for images, not sure if you have to geotag or you can set that seperately, have gone straight to noise reduction and it looks VERY good. All presets automatically carried over from LR3 - looks good on first impression, just importing video to see what it does to it
 
Video will play in Library module but its struggling with a 15 second clip! Not supported in develop module so not sure if you can trim etc, sorry if it is posted elsewhere, I did look to see first but must have missed it
 
Don't run a video if you have epilepsy - black flashing screen throughout - really bad and about to give me a headache! Should come with a flashing lights warning its so bad
 
I know a beta is a beta and not going to be perfect but I was expecting one of the big selling points (video) to play clearly. But as I say, the rest looks really good to me, not sure if it will be worth the upgrade for what's new unless I'm missing tons of stuff.
 
therell always be bugs in beta, specifically the first release. are there any specific requirements hardware wise for the video side? sounds like it may be an issue or spec issue on the graphics hardware?
 
Develop module I think is improved with a few differences. Adjustment brush is now has more options too, including noise and moire
