Lightroom auto start

How do I turn off the bit that makes lightroom start automatically when I put in a CF card or turn on an external hard drive?

I find I turn things on and off a lot and would rather start LR manually than have it keep popping up at odd moments.

Preferences -> Import -> Untick "Show import dialog when a card is inserted"
