I have Lightroom CC (2015). Can I expect an upgrade of this version, 6.14 ?

No... If you have CC then you subscribe so why not simply download the latest Classic CC version?

The latest version of lightroom is 7.3.

I would suggest you have an updated copy of your lightroom catalogue before updating.
