Lightroom (mac) question - preserve in camera settings with raw

Hi All,
Is there a way to ask Lightroom to preserve my in-camera exif settings for the develop settings when importing a RAW file? If i shoot something 'B&W' (I appreciate that the camera is only previewing the shot in B&W but storing the file as RAW data), i would like the initial preview to be B&W when viewed in Lightroom as per my in camera settings.

Nope, if it applies to all the images you can create a b&w preset in the develop module and apply that on import.
