I'm new at Processing and Image Editingand Lighroom.

Could you please recommend any YouTube videos that you would have found useful or any other visual content.

A few channels that come to mind are Simon d'Entremont, Mark Denney, That Icelandic Guy, and Serge Ramelli. They all seem to have a lot of editing content.
