To be honest I've never felt the need for additional plug ins for Lightroom. The only one I did consider was the Sot Proofing one, but now that 4 has it I can't think of any I'd want.
 
What do you want plug ins to do?

Also don't Adobe maintain a directory of plug ins?
 
If you get any of the plug ins for Photoshop from NIX such as silver FX pro and then download the demo of the lightroom version of the plugin then your serial number for the photoshop version will also work with the light room version.

I was legitimately reading this thread by the way - I don't just search for my username in case someone has used it!
 
Also look at OnOne - they have a few free plug-ins.

There is also a guy who i think is called Bryan Wheeler who produced a free set a while ago. [I'll check when I'm home/on my computer to see if it is this name]
