I did some Lightscribe DVD labelling for the first time last night. Impressive technology I suppose, but I can't say the results are. The ones I've done definitely lack the contrast you see in the advertising hype. Is this just the way it is or am I doing something wrong?

I've used the 'Sonic' software which came with the Phillips DVD and also downloaded some 'Lightscribe' software... same result. :cautious:

Anyone else experienced this?

I must say that I've found that mine look a bit soft too but I am going to have another go with a really contrasty monochrome image...they don't 'arf take a long tome to do don't they??

You've not been trying to Lightscribe one of your famous 'out of focus' bees have you?

;)

When it comes to bees we can all hold our hands up to that one. :D
