You mean having it has your signature? Thats easy, click quick links on the blue bar under the logo. Click edit Signature, then copy and paste the code below into it.
It will look like this:

Go to your 52 page
Copy the URL (the address in the address bar.. something like www.talk......t=197168 for example)
Now go to your signature edit page found in User CP
Type the wording you want (eg My 52)
Highlight this new wording
Click the Insert Link button (pic of a globe with a link in front of it)
Now paste in the URL you copied earlier
Click Save
Voila
