Liquify tool Photoshop cs2

Hi all,
can you good people tell me how to SAVE, when I have finished using the liquify tool in Photoshop CS2.
I must be missing something !!!!

I've just tried in CS5 so I hope it's the same.... and after making changes all I had to do was click on "OK" at the top of the right hand side panel and the picture then opened in the ordinary view, whatever that's called, and I could then save it as normal.

Thank you woof woof, I think you are correct, then when you open the photo again load mesh.
