Thanks Chaz, yes I was using a tripod, and you are right I dont have such a lens but as I have just updated my bag :bang: the 300 F4IS drowned in a stream so now I have a 70-200 F4L plus a 1.4 TC

Thanks Donna, the sparrows always look sad and lonely And the answer to keeping the CT still was Tesco`s own brand crunchy peanut butter, 60p a jar, bargain I say. No complaints yet about it not being Sun Pat
