The colours on this are nice. I think a different view point would have been better, as there is no really interesting focal point. I know the bridge is, it's just not positioned well. Perhaps had you been closer to the bridge. or facing the building looking over the bridge, it would have worked for me. I do like that you've caught it with some colour in the sky, so many poeple do night/low light shots when it's just too late.

shooting from one side of the bridge to the other side facing the building.... now thats a good idea ill give that a try one evening deffinatly. thank you
