#2 looks the sharpest on the eye and I think a tad more sharpening on the rest would improve them

f11 seems too small an aperture unless you need it to get all of the bird in focus -if you go down to something like f5.6 you could get a much faster shutter speed without upping the ISO and introducing noise - I think you want to be up at 1/1000th of a second shutter speed for this type of subject out a 500mm. It would give much better sharpness

Nice series of BIF, could be sharper though. You can get away with fairly slow shutter speeds if you have a good panning technique.
