Nonsense, the shot is so blue it could make a movie. Stop praising shots that have faults, den takes some excellent photos, this is not one of them.

I always struggle with the evening shots , I should leave the pp until the day after , anyway Ade you are still welcome to grab your gear meet me at home and I will take you to the site to try for shots , he's not coming in until 8/8.30 at the moment , and I have just missed the male kingfisher while replying bugger

This owl is from the fourth site I found today , I am presuming he is the male and his only one mile away(as the crow flies) from my quarry site ,possibly a offspring from years gone by who knows,he looks in good condition ,luckily the landowner as given me the go ahead to go on the land
